This Privacy Notice for Neowise Corp ("we," "us," or "our") describes how and why we might access, collect, store, use, and/or share ("process") your personal information when you use our services ("Services"), including when you download and use our mobile application Carry Wise.

Carry Wise requests access to your device's GPS location to provide carry law information relevant to your current location. This location data is processed entirely on your device and is never transmitted to our servers or any third party.
We may request permission to send push notifications to alert you when you enter areas with carry restrictions. You may turn off notifications at any time in your device's settings.
If you subscribe to Carry Wise Pro, your payment and subscription are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment information, billing address, or Apple ID.

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. The only exception is a potential business transfer (merger or acquisition), in which case your information would remain subject to this policy.
Location data is not stored — it is used in real time and discarded. App preferences (permit state, notification settings) are stored locally on your device only and can be cleared by deleting the app.
Your location data never leaves your device. We operate no servers that receive your personal data. There is no account database, no user records, and no data transmission to protect.
Carry Wise is rated 17+ and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
You may revoke location access at any time in iPhone Settings → Privacy → Location Services → Carry Wise. You may disable push notifications in iPhone Settings → Notifications → Carry Wise. You may delete all locally stored preferences by deleting the app.
We do not track users across apps or websites. Do-Not-Track signals have no impact on our app's behavior as we do not engage in cross-site tracking.
Residents of California and other states with privacy laws have the right to know what personal information we collect. Our answer: we collect only on-device location data used in real time, never stored or transmitted. There is nothing to access, correct, or delete beyond deleting the app itself.
We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a revised date at the top. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
